Pamala “Mrs.P” Charles stands as a beacon of resilience, a testament to perseverance. A story shaped by challenges that came early, and kept coming.
In 1993, at the tender age of 20, she faced life's harshest blow, losing her partner. Despite wanting to give up, she chose unwavering determination, she embraced single motherhood, raising her daughter with the strength reminiscent of Gibraltar.
This strength would soon take her places…
By 1994, she had her GED, and by 1996, she was immersed in college. The army welcomed her in 1997. A year later, love re-entered her life. She married a man with the prettiest bowlegs just 51 days after their paths crossed.
Despite her relentless efforts and positivity, life wasn't without its challenges. High-risk pregnancies, near-death encounters, and a relationship tested by toxic disputes marked her journey. Yet, she pursued her academic dreams, earning both a BS and MS.
Thoughts of divorce loomed, paperwork was retrieved, attorneys consulted. But today, they thrive, showcasing that love can weather the fiercest storms.
Pamala’s challenges did have a silver lining. Every challenge faced by Pamala, every storm weathered, has been a stepping stone. They've not only shaped her but also ignited a passion to make a difference.
She channeled this passion into the creation of the Implemented Knowledge Institute (IKI). Her mission? As a Well-being and Productivity Strategist is to provide transformative training for Hospital Directors, HR, and Corporation Employees: to Enhance productivity, reduce burnout, increase alignment well-being, and optimize healthcare operations."
